Gluten-Free Sofra was established to produce Gluten-Free Flour and Gluten-Free Food in a closed area of 2.200 m2 as a result of long-term R&D studies. With a large team of doctors, food engineers, agricultural engineers, biologists and chemists, we produce more QUALITY, more DELICIOUS and HEALTHIER gluten-free food for individuals who eat gluten-free and care about gluten-free nutrition. We carefully process the gluten-free grains we grow ourselves with the latest technological devices. We transform the grains we process into gluten-free flour mixtures under hygienic conditions. At the same time, we produce delicious breads for you in our gluten-free ovens and offer them to your liking.
